During the last week of August our company was responsible for organizing a filming for the TV channel “Manoto 1” (part of “Marjan Television Network”, England). The filming in Russia was a part of a project dedicated to European Art. The last part of the project was about Russian Avant-garde art.
We faced some troubles due to the the short time we had for getting permits from different state organiztions – in Russia it’s allways like this. You have to send a letter to a state organization or a museum in some 2-3 weeks for getting a permit for your filming. All the private places that were planned to be filmed – it was 100% OK.
Filming in public places for a small(!) filming crew is free of charge and needs no permits in Saint-Petersburg and in Moscow.
Our company provided transport and accompaniment for the filming in Moscow and a full filming service in Saint-Petersburg.
We would like to kindly thank the filming crew of the TV channel “Manoto 1”, it was a great pleasure to work with you! We hope that you’ll be coming back to Russia for filming again and again.
