Ultimo tren a Russia – award winning ESPN series

During the FIFA World Cup 2018 our team was very busy doing multiple programs for TV channels and production companies from all over the world. We’re proud to present to you a jewel – the 12 episode series called “Ultimo tren a Russia”.

These series tell about the culture, cities, people and food in the 11 host cities for FIFA World Cup 2018.  Over 2 months of preproduction allowed the crew that was travelling throughout Russia to learn a lot about our country. We managed to get several outstanding film permits: Cosmonaut preparation centre in Moscow, a steel factory in Yekaterinburg, Beluga farm in Astrakhan, all 11 stadiums and many other breathtaking locations.

Our fixer and production management services on this project:

For filming this program our fixers facilitated film permits from the Russian Railroads, all the organization committees, host cities administrations and over 70 different private locations. We had More than 40 filming days in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Sochi, Kaliningrad. Samara, Saransk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Rostov on Don and Volgograd. Countless flights, train trips, interviews and so on.

We are very proud to tell that this program was awarded a silver Tally award as the best documentary series.
