BBC Four – How We Tamed the Cat and the Dog

FilmspbTV is delighted to have successfully completed the filming of the BBC Four production, “How We Tamed the Cat and the Dog,” in Novosibirsk. Our production company facilitated the filming at the Novosibirsk Institute of Cytology and Genetics, where local scientists are conducting a groundbreaking genetics experiment spanning over 60 years.

Our team was responsible for the provision of fixer services and sourcing a local English-speaking sound crew, as well as facilitating logistics, accommodation, permit-getting procedures, and customs support. We are proud to have contributed to the success of this programme and to have played a part in bringing this fascinating story to viewers around the world.

The programme showcases the incredible results of the genetics experiment and reveals how animals were domesticated, shedding light on a topic of great scientific interest. We are thrilled to have been a part of this project and to have played a role in bringing this story to a global audience.
